By accessing or using the Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Template is an example of a developer-oriented utility that retrieves and displays cryptocurrency price data by querying publicly available API endpoints, including but not limited to those provided by Coinbase and Binance.

This tool is an example and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

You may use the Template only in compliance with:

• These Terms;
• Applicable laws and regulations;
• Third-party API terms of service (see Section 4).

You agree not to:

• Use the Template for unlawful or malicious purposes;
• Attempt to access or interfere with any systems or data not intended for you

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Template is an example only and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data shown.
• The data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
• We are not liable for any decisions or losses made based on information obtained through the Template.
• The code should not be deployed to mainnet without significant modification and audit.
